FantasticLand is an interesting, fast read with really nice storytelling. The interview-style format keeps the pace moving and makes it easy to bounce from one perspective to the next without feeling bogged down. It has that “what really happened?” energy that pulls you forward, and a lot of the scenes are vivid enough that you can picture them like a movie.

That said, the core setup starts to feel kind of unrealistic the longer it goes. Some character choices and the speed at which everything spirals can come off a little too extreme, which occasionally took me out of the story. Still, even with that, it’s an entertaining ride if you’re in the mood for something tense and dramatic that reads quickly.
